Problem: How can I make it easier for family members to send me information?

Genelines helps by allowing you to create a biographical chart for just one person, with room to record missing information like a worksheet. In this example, the researcher created a “working” biographical chart to hand out at a family reunion. By including empty life event categories on the chart, there is room to write brief notes. Including historical information also helps prompt the reader's memory. In this case, the researcher also included the event where this chart was handed out in the footer of the chart. Editing the footer is a feature of all Genelines charts. The researcher could also have used Genelines to publish this chart as a PDF document and emailed it to remote family members.
